Description

Presented by NABMW Los Angeles Chapter in partnership with National University’s Veteran Military Community Center (VMCC), this Women’s History Month program honors the service, leadership, and legacy of Black military women while creating space for meaningful community dialogue.


The event will bring together veterans, service members, students, families, and community supporters to reflect on the contributions of Black military women across generations while addressing issues that continue to affect women who have served.


Discussion topics include preserving the herstory of Black military women, women veteran homelessness, mental health, military sexual trauma recovery, leadership development, and empowering future generations.
